According to post-service surveys, 63% of these patients would have otherwise gone to an urgent care or ED – saving time and reducing costs for Cone Health, insurers, and patients.

Over 90% of patients who had MyChart eVisits said they are very likely to recommend them to friends and family. Usage is growing each month – now at over 100 eVisits per month and expected to triple by this time next year.
