(Farm) Stand Up for Local Goods

On Tuesday afternoons during the summer, Epic staff can be found buying fresh fruit, veggies, meat, honey, jam, and more from local farmers at the Epic Farm Stand Market. It’s also an opportunity for Epic customers visiting from around the world to scoop up some distinctly Wisconsin offerings, such as cheese curds, maple syrup, and Door County cherries.

In addition to coordinating the farmers, Epic’s culinary team also sends out recipe ideas to staff, incorporating that week’s market produce.
