Orlando, FL—Disney today announced a joint venture with Epic—EpiCot—envisioned to leverage the core competency of each company. Though the asset structure of the venture is complex, the terms are simple: Epic will contribute its integrated, international HIT code base and Disney will bring its global brand and pan-cultural equity. A release announcing the initiative was headed, “If you can dream it, you can do it.”
